前些日子，iphone7出了红色版，虽说是讨喜的颜色，但是似乎销量并不好。
那么问题来了，iphone7你到底买不买呢？
（说得好像过了一年了我就买的起了一样）
用了iphone7很久的壕朋友，又有什么体会呢？

pride oneself on doing： 为……而骄傲
That’s why with the iPhone7, we’ve done something that, at first, seems counter-intuitive, and then is.
at first, seems：“一开始看起来是”，这种句式后面一般接转折，“看起来……但是实际上”，
但这里用了承接关系and then is“再看确实还就是”。是为了强化讽刺苹果就是counter-intuitive（反认知的）。
We’ve made it worse.
We removed the headphone jack and that’s all.
Headphone Jack：耳机插孔
And that’s all：“这就是全部了；以上”，可以用于发言结尾。这里仍然是讽刺用法。
That’s the new, that’s the newness right there.
new：本身即可为名词，表“新事物”，newness则是抽象概念了，表示新奇、创新。
这里这两者意思一致，反复强调是为了反讽。
Right there，口语常用，“就在那儿”，别人问某样东西放在哪儿的时候可以指着方向这样回答。
这里用作强调，“这就是（唯一）的创新了”。
It’s just the lack of thing that was there and now it’s not.
It’s gone, it’s not there anymore.
这里用很快的语调重复同一种句式“它不在了，它消失了，再也不见了”，来掩饰尴尬，暗地其实是为了显得更尴尬
Tada.
语气词，一般向大家展示“惊喜”的时候会用这个词
例：Tada，look at this new phone！
这里也是反语，用并不惊喜的语气说这个词，真是好不惊喜啊！

conceived of ：想出，想到；update：升级，downdate：降级。

It is so……（in the way）that： 如此，以致；加上in the way强调在某方面怎么样。
这里说的是“这个降级很美妙，美妙在能让我在下午2:00就能回家”。
又是一个优雅的讽刺：苹果设计师们设计出这种东西，看来是没怎么上班??。
It’s all about simplicity.
It’s all about……这其实就是，总而言之就是。一般用于总结中心或特点。很好用于口语中发表观点哦！

Port：接口
Now, you might be asking yourself, “what if I want to charge my phone while listening to music?” Shit.
Shit：这个词不陌生吧，就相当于我们的“尼玛/我勒个去”。
Apple has always pioneered sleek beau-tiful design, which is why you will fucking hate the literal parade of dongles you need to plug it into anything as or more complicated than a donut.
Sleek：使（头发等）发油光；使平整光亮；也可做形容词表光滑的，光亮的。这里与beautiful并列修饰design。
这里的Beau- 他给故意拖长了发音，是为了强调。我们在口语中也可这么用，简单粗暴。
Fucking 口语中常带，就相当于我们的国骂，带了只是为了表达情绪，删掉不影响表达。
Literal：“字面意义的”，也常用于强调。
Parade：列队行军。
Dongle：数据线。
literal parade of dongles，用literal parade强调把“线”数量比作军队，强调“多”。
donut：看图，这就是donut。
Oh, you could just go buy a pair of Bluetooth headphones, there you go, problem solved.
there you go
1说的很对,做得很好(表赞赏之意)；2用于带路时说“这边请”,或递东西的时候说“拿着”；3用于评论某人的重复行为,相当于“你又来了”,“又是这一套”；4用于表示接受不好的事情。
这里是第四种意思，表示“你看，问题就解决了。”

The iPod Brickle which can only play Brickle and the Apple watch which we couldn’t figure out a way to make worse than it already is.
这两款产品并不存在，是作者的类比讽刺。
If I’m being honest, I’m starting to get really scared of Johnny.
Who is Johnny？
Sir Jonathan Paul Ive，现任Apple公司设计师兼资深副总裁，英国爵士。他曾参与设计了iPod，iMac，iPhone，iPad等众多苹果产品。
He’s just taking away things at random at this point.
At random：随机。
at this point：此时，至此。
All the G keys on our keyboards have disappeared.
My car’s wheel disappeared, I can’t get home.
这两个例子只是为了说明Johnny正在让各种东西消失
Just be grateful, I left you any ports at all.
I wanted to make it an impenetrable glass brick.

Impenetrable：无法穿透的。

What happened to the other 4?
这里暗示Johnny不仅在让东西消失，还在让人消失。（上升为恐怖玄幻剧了……）

Careful：小心，既可表关心叮嘱，也可表警告。这里是哪一种？你懂得。

Oopsy Daisy, where did Tim go?
Oopsy Daisy：哎呀不小心，英国人闯祸后蹦出的话。
这里的台词还很符合人物设定呢？
因为Johnny是一个英国人。
这里暗示Johnny 让Tim消失了。
The iPhone 7, Johnny giveth and Johnny can taketh away.
这一整段话暗示Steve不在之后，Johnny说了算，苹果只注重设计不注重功能性。
这里的giveth和taketh应该是应和苹果发布会的主题7th。
